I contacted the Dyson repair centre. The agent was requesting the same information again and again. Then they said the payment would be collected after 2 days, then it would take up to 30 days for delivery. I like Dyson products but they need to change their processes. It is very slow and frustrating for the consumer.
I took my purifier/humidifier for repair after showing a video of it making loud noises. They claimed nothing was wrong but still charged me for “labor.” Despite informing them I was pregnant and requesting assistance, no one helped when I arrived, and I had to carry it to P4 on my own while heavily pregnant and exhausted.
