This evening around 9:00 PM, a staff member behaved unprofessionally, raising her voice at me in front of others — conduct that falls far below the standards expected of Apple. When I escalated the matter to the manager, Mr. Deep, and a colleague, they chose to excuse the behavior rather than address it appropriately. To my surprise, when I requested the staff member’s name in order to file a proper complaint, I was refused. How is a customer expected to escalate an issue if staff identities are withheld? I urge Apple management to review the CCTV footage at the specified time and take the necessary corrective action. This experience has severely diminished my trust in the Apple Store at Yas Mall.

Had a great experience at the Apple Store! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent service. I had the chance to try the Apple Vision Pro, and it’s truly a next-level device—impressive technology and a seamless experience. Highly recommend visiting!
I recently had the absolute best experience at the Apple Store, thanks to the incredible service I received from Mrs. Israa. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She effortlessly juggled multiple customer requests, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Mrs. Israa is a true asset to the Apple team, and I'm so impressed by her skills and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend her for any Apple needs!
I traded in my iPhone at Apple Al Maryah Island and was explicitly told by the sales rep that both IMEI numbers would appear on my invoice. Trusting Apple’s reputation, I didn’t check immediately. Later, I discovered this was false, (even my full name wasn’t on the receipt) and when I returned to fix the issue, the store manager dismissively smiled and told me nothing could be done. This is unacceptable—Apple staff blatantly misled me, and instead of taking responsibility, they acted as if it was my fault. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Loved the Genious bar service. Booked it, arrived there, Mr Benji assisted us and did a quick ipad check, understood the problem right away. Issue was resolved within 10 minutes with not too many questions asked, and then we went home happily with our device. Apple is straight forward, customer oriented, smart, classy, respects our time, provides fast solutions which benefit customers, and honestly genious indeed. I will switch to iphone when the time comes for my next phone purchase, because of the above. Brilliant!
Perched upon spectacular flowing water feature, one can expect the iconic futuristic design of an Apple store front. Definitely one of the prettiest.
The lady in there named eysraa told me that apple care will cover fixing my phone screen unless the sensor is broken and told me if I had to pay they will inform me before starting to fix it, and after fixing my phone they told me there was no issue with the camera now the sensors yet they still forced me to pay if I wanted to get my phone back… when I told them I want to speak to the same lady they refused! I literally payed thousands for apple care and I still had to pay to get something as simple as my screen fixed! What kinda service is this?! Why would you lie if you’re still going to make me pay?! That’s called theft!!
This store used to be a nice customer service, however, recently my son’s iPad had a problem and I booked the appointment. Upon reaching the store, they told me that your appointment had been canceled due to the reason that I was a couple of minutes late, asking me to book a new appointment. Most of their representatives were free, however, they didn’t had time to entertain the customers.
