brought is a scooter from brake repairs , they refused because the charger wasn’t available, the brakes are not electrical !

Brought my scooter in to replace tube tyres with full rubber tyres. Everything was confirmed and booked, was told to come back next day.

Upon returning, tyres were not replaced due to size mismatch. Instead they decided to replace the tubes without my confirmation and consent. Proceeded to charge me, even though my original tubes were working fine. When asked why I wasn’t consulted, was told ‘sorry I forgot to call you’. Very unprofessional.

Scooter is almost brand new, but was returned to me very dusty.

Quick and professional service. I went there to get my tyre changed and was done within a few minutes. Just note that there is no visible signage from outside. Only once you enter the office block you'll know you've come to the right place.

They said i had to change battery and wheels, so i asked to send it back. Then i checked the battery myself and it was ok, 43 V. So i detached the battery from the electronics for a few minutes. This must have reset the circuit and i have now run 5 km at max speed without problem. From a useless 700 dir repair proposal to 0 cost reset.

Was speaking to pessos the receptionist on the phone. Very poor communication and attitude on the phone. I requested to speak with the manager and said they don’t have a manager. I sent my scooter to them as it has an error for the past 3 months, all of a sudden they can’t figure out the problem But are charging me because they tightened skrews and looked at the cables.
