PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS “COMPANY”, worst experience ever! I contacted Dream Cool AC System LLC on September 13, 2024, to report issues with my air conditioning system, including two leaks, a drain blockage, and one unit not cooling properly. The company quoted a price for the job and charged a call-out fee (200 AED). However, they were unable to provide a precise appointment for the repair, and it took numerous messages and calls before they finally arrived on September 18 to perform the repairs, which were completed in less time than initially quoted (less than 3 hours vs 4/5 hrs). Regrettably, after paying the company (a total of 2047.50 AED plus a 2.5% credit card fee) without inspecting the repair, it became evident within an hour that the issues were not resolved. One unit was still not cooling, a pipe was still leaking, and the drain blockage could not be inspected. More over, my ceiling was seriously damaged while doing the repair. The company was contacted again, and after several messages and calls, they returned to rectify the problems on September 20. However, a few days later, on October 1, one unit was still leaking in the same spot. Despite informing the company, they refused to come back to address the issue. Last but not the least, on October 10, massive leak came from the drainage on one unit, clear explanation the job was not properly done. I eventually had to engage another company to address the ongoing problems. Overall, my experience with Dream Cool AC System LLC was unsatisfactory. They provided a quote for a job that was never completed, exhibited unprofessional customer care in addressing my issues, and their repair work resulted in damage to my ceiling due to careless, other than not fixing the issues. I am seeking support to obtain a refund for all the expenses I incurred with this company.

Very very bad experience... technician came and they said fixed... after a day again same issue... now they saying they can't do anything... my money is lost... One another ac they ask 4000 to fix... i did from some other technician just other company charged only 650 with spare parts...
