I received my carpet broken , not clean at all
It's very bad experience I'm not even get any reply from their staff and we are not receiving on time and they mixing other carpet to other Costumer and forget who's owner
The carpet came back with a very bad smell like rotten shoes, carpet was fresh before they clean it.. they took it again fixed the smell and brought it back with stains and dirt !! Hens: this is a 1000AED worth white rug that turned into trash!
The contract person and the driver for pick up keep delaying and postponing pick up time , I have been waiting on them whole day !! Horrible customer care !

Was overcharged and when I told them that this way I might not come back, they said it's fine, zero customer service.
So they either don't stick to the published pricing and you must be happy or they don't like it,extremely unprofessional.
Just to add to my review and to answer the point raised by your reply, your price is mentioned on the outblside of your store (AED 10 per square Meters) and you decided to add 40% on top of that and when I was asking to follow your published pricing you consider that I'm asking for 40%?!!! If you don't want to follow that pricing please remove it. So to make it clear no one was asking for discount
You was supposed to admit that it was a mistake if it was unintentional, and not to treat me as if you are making me a favor.
And when a customer is upset because of your mistake you can't tell him that you have no problems if he will not come back that shows lack of customer service ethics.
