Good detail but very very expensive and overpriced. It was strange that the guy in reception tried to sell me a Rolex too. There are other places in Dubai much better prices

I called them to inquire about their services and pricing, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The operator I spoke with refused to provide any information about the prices, which was frustrating. Even worse, they were incredibly rude throughout the conversation. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and this experience has certainly deterred me from considering their services in the future. I hope they address this issue and improve their communication and professionalism.

I can honestly say I was sceptical at first, as most people are looking for any car service. After doing some research, I found Crystal Shine, and I'm so glad I did. Adel was a true gentleman, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate in his work. My Porche Cayenne GTS came out of his garage looking like a new car again. All dents and scuffs were superbly care of, and the inside was cleaned to an immaculate level. I highly recommend 👌

I recently bought a used car and brought it to Crystal Shine to give it a showroom finish again and they did not disappoint. within 5 minutes the car was fully inspected and Mr Adel was very transparent with costs and what actually needed doing on the car. I got the car back in the same day with all the dents removed and interior scratches, If you have any car detailing needs then I cannot recommend this place higher,. extremely high quality workmanship and very quick service, what more could you ask for, I will definitely be bringing my car back.

Immense attention to detail, very high quality service and you get a personal service. When you meet Adel you feel like you’re a personal friend and he will personally be involved in making sure your car is cared for like his own. The service is not ‘cheap’ but I wanted a high quality service with every nook and cranny cleaned and left spotless, which is what I got. Their experience and knowledge is clear to see and this is a company I trust (there’s not many I can say that about). If you want high quality service, don’t hesitate to take your pride and joy to them.

It is not my intention to post negative reviews, just to create awareness for the people who looking for headlights restoration. Quality of works is entirely not acceptable I paid 462 AED for 2 light restoration but the work is totally not acceptable. I can get this quality of works for 100 AED in numerous places in Al Quoz. The response for the executive is this is maximum we can do; then why not you haven’t mentioned before commencing the works. Don’t fool the people. Please avoid this place, you never get what you expected

My 2009 car was in excellent condition to begin with, low mileage but in need of paintwork decontamination and revitalisation. Adil and his team have brought my car to a new level. I liked the fact the car was only worked on by a select few detailers. The whole approach was aimed at quality in the final result. My severely egg-shelled headlights have been transformed to new status. The car has a unique colour and the consistency of paint finish is excellent. There is no horrible polish residue left anywhere. The interior has also been lightly detailed in such a way that there is a natural appearance to the leather and all other materials in the cabin. Signs of good product use. I must also thank Adil for allowing my car to stay on their premises a little longer than intended. I hope you used it to advertise your capabilities. Such a negative vibe, the moment you talk to the manager, my car has normal stains, which could be cleaned with water or shampoo very easily, this guy what’s to charge AED 1400 for interior cleaning and doesn’t guarantee any stains to go. I suggest please look for other detailing shops in the Al quoz area, there are tons and very reasonable price, crystal shine price as well as reviews are inflated, with no guarantee for the work… such a waste of time for me to go so far away from my place

Terrible customer service - I simply wanted to know how much they charge for car seat cleaning. They refused to even give me a guide on the price without seeing the car, photos wouldn't do. They just want you to come in waste your time and then give you a ridiculous quote. Dont waste your time here.
