Absolutely amazing , I come with my Audi A6 with quite a big issue with my rear suspensions. From the start to finish they took an upmost care for me and my car, every issue was shown to me with my own eyes, they give the best price possible and plus they polish my car as a surprise for me, this people are true professionals. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Autowhiz Garage to get my Mercedes S600 repaired, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming and professional. A special shout-out to Bilal and Umar – they went above and beyond in helping me fix my car. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting my car back in perfect condition. Their attention to detail and customer care were exceptional. It was use to be a good gerage with reasonable prices but now with the lack of experience estimator team they provide wrong quotes and ask you to change the parts which were not even required. In my recent experience they gave me quote 4000 aed for just changing the coolant pipes which i fixed from other gerage in just 400 aed and its been 2 months without any issue.

Really poor repair services. The sales team - Riyas n Bilal are great. But the rest of the team are really poor. In my 5 months of engaging them, I had to leave my car for 3 weeks on 3 different occasions. Now, the issues are still existent in my Audi Q7 and I made a loss of AED 15,000 by paying them. Good luck availing their services.

These guys are incredibly professional and honest. First, they thoroughly inspect your car from A to Z—literally everything. They keep you updated throughout the process, performing both a mechanical and computer inspection—all for FREE! They clearly explain what needs to be changed and what’s optional (not urgent for now). As a nice touch, they even offer you a coffee when you arrive. This a very honest feedback but this place is not professional, not be able to fix the issues however car got more issues with them which was not existed. Briefly they will not say we cannot fix it but they collecting the payment for something they couldn't do it.

You deserve one star, they can’t fix the car because it’s old) it’s very funny who will take a new car to your garage if it doesn’t need repair. Change oil, change brake pads Okay. But do not expect professional repairs from them, they will only ruin the car. Please don't be offended, but this is an honest review. I wish you only improvements in your garage! All these videos were made after the repair. And spent over 3 months fixing it
