I'm super happy with this garage and the person I was dealing with. They took a little bit of time to start the repair but understandable as they're a busy little shop. Honest repairs, they identified issues and solved them, as opposed to wanting to order a bunch of parts and change everything cause it's easier for them.
In short, they received my car without any knowledge of a diesel vehicle. They had good intentions and efforts but in the end, my car is in worse condition than before I handed it over. I am grateful that they refunded the price of the new radiator but now I need to pay 3 times that for a new engine head gasket, which was likely damaged due to the garage's lack of knowledge on diesel engines. I feel this is an honest report of what I experienced with High Range.
Mr. Frank he is the Man behind my car to run smoothly and ofcourse how can I forget Mr.Rajesh you guys are amazingly. Highly recommended this place to fix your car. It’s pocket friendly 🙏🏻🤲🏻
Unfortunately not a good experience at all, I sent 2 cars to the garage. And both of them we ordered completely new parts and all issues resurfaced within a year. For example the car door handle were claimed to be broken and they have got a new handle, the only difference is that the color was different so they claimed somehow that they took the coating of the old handle and replaced it. You can see a picture that the “new handle” is broken the same exact same way as the old one which made me very skeptical. Second issue, they claimed my car tyre bearing (front left and right) are ruined because the car was doing this sound. I trusted them and came to pick up my car when they were closing so In paid immediately, 5 mins into the car and i hear the same exact sound. When i texted them in good faith they told me to bring the car later when I did , they did the same exact checks and were baffled. A friend of the garage was there by luck and he checked the tyres and told me its a tyre issue no bearing. When I confronted them about it, they claimed theyre completely different two sounds and it was my fault for not checking which Inpolitely and respectfully disagreed and left the place. My suggestion to the management is they either train their mechanics and advisors or bring a whole new team. The team has proved lack of experience in my experience cars repeatedly. Ethical and professional issues such as this produces only negative experiences.
