InGrupetto and more specifically InGrupetto run have been instrumental in guiding, training and supporting me through my transition into longer distance running. What started with a gait analysis, to see if there was any efficiency in my waddle of a running stride, turned into full coaching support and a training program from the amazing Simone Leandro. Through Simone’s expert guidance and training I went from averaging 10-12kms a week to happily knocking out 70-80kms a week. Targeting a marathon, Simone prepared me both physically and mentally for the challenge over a 6 month period. Tailoring my training each week and checking in daily on my progress and well being. Not one single injury as she carefully increased load, frequency and distance. Together we combated my hatred for the treadmill (an absolute necessity when training here during the summer months). Simone crafted the training approach to prepare me to take on not just a marathon but one that went up slightly with an elevation gain of over 2000m. Instilling a disciplined approach in me to take on each and every challenge. Quite simply the very best in running analysis and coaching, thank you Simone and InGrupetto 🙏.

Ingrupetto has been the go to bike shop for me. Vitor’s vision of building a multi sport development centre meets all expectations. Aside from the excellent bike fit and tailored bike builds I have benefitted a lot from the Barbara’s swim analysis and Simone’s run analysis and coaching which has helped me significantly reduce my IM times especially in the run

InGruppetto is one of my favorite places should I have any bike issues. I have taken my bike for a bike fitting, and with the new (correct) set-up have a better position and more power. They also offer swim and run analysis. Atmosphere The interior design makes you feel very cozy and has a warm feeling to it. You don't feel like being in a shop, but you are :) Service On top of the excellent service, they also have their coffee corner where you can enjoy a hot brew while waiting for your bike to be fixed/set up. Booking Getting an appointment is very easy. Price Having a good bike fit is priceless. The set-up takes around one hour and is affordable. Sustainability/ Accessibility The venue can be easily accessed. The great thing about InGruppetto is that they care for and promote sustainability. I would recommend the service and products they are selling. I hope this helps.

Personal experience with a new bike assembly and fitting:

1. Bike fitting was provided Before correct saddle size, which was a total waste of time and money.
2. Bike fitting was NOT corrected after the change in the position with the new saddle size even though that was promised to be part of the bike fitting service.
3. The team isn’t responsive at all to any feedback; as there was an obvious wrong position which they were aware of but unfortunately they didn’t look into it.
4. wrong assembly, there wasn’t oiling for the saddle post which has caused a lot of noise that I had to fix with another bike shop because the team wasn’t able to identify the issue even on the 3rd visit.
5. Over promises and a complete lack of commitments. The team has provided so many promises before and during the service and they haven’t committed to any of these; as they promised a saddle exchange service, a fitting follow up, call backs, and more, but none of these were fulfilled
6. Personal recommendation for bike fitting and maintenance services from a previous experience: Trek bike shop, Bikeera bike shop
