Some key pointers: 1) Prices are definitely reasonable. 2) Always check for warranty, shop warranty or manufacturer warranty. 3) Assembled computers, ask for details on the parts and part manufacturer. 4) Look for shops which has exchange offers. 5) Try the assembled gaming laptops. You will get some good deals here. For anything you buy from Computer Plaza, confirm after sales service. Whichever shop gives you the best after sales service, go with that.

I recently visited Computer Plaza with high hopes of finding quality tech products and excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment left me extremely disappointed.

First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, making it challenging to get any assistance or answers to my questions. I felt ignored and as if my presence was an inconvenience to them. A good shopping experience relies heavily on the interaction with the staff, and this aspect was sorely lacking at Computer Plaza.

Moreover, the organization and cleanliness of the store were severely lacking. The shelves were messy and poorly stocked, making it difficult to find the items I was looking for. It was evident that the management paid little attention to maintaining a presentable shopping environment.

Additionally, the product selection was underwhelming. I expected Computer Plaza to be a one-stop-shop for all my tech needs, but the range of products was limited, and many essential items were out of stock. It was frustrating to see outdated models and limited choices, leaving me no option but to look elsewhere for the specific tech products I required.

To make matters worse, the prices at Computer Plaza were unreasonably high compared to other competitors in the area. I was shocked to find that I could purchase the same items online or at nearby stores for significantly lower prices. This blatant price gouging left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of as a customer.

In conclusion, my visit to Computer Plaza was an unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience. From the poor customer service to the disorganized store layout and exorbitant prices, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for quality tech products and a pleasant shopping experience, I advise exploring other options in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and fair pricing. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding Computer Plaza altogether.

One of the Best IT markets in Dubai closer to Metro. Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, all accessories, many IT products available. Many shops inside offering very good prices compared with other showrooms elsewhere. But, better to do a market survey on prices and brands before making any purchases. Also recommended to have some price negotiation and warranty checks.

Second time leaving a review for this plaza. It TRULY is "One plaza to rule them all!" This building truly is a safe haven for all things PC. I genuinely love this plaza thanks to its competitive prices, and incredible availability of literally ALL parts! If you're in the market for a PC, be sure to pay this place a visit, and prepare to save a lot of money through remarkable discounts.

This is the only place to purchase PC and gadgets. You will get the correct prices and not over roof mall prices.

Update: Do not go there anymore. full of cheats and refurbished product passed as new.

Try microless and get branded items for example a keyboard is 100 yet you can buy razer from Jombo 150. bought two keyboard both broken. bought a monitor quality different than the other one we already have.

This place has completely lost it's charm, it used to be a hub of gadgets and electronics. Sadly it is a depressing place with most shop keepers not even interested to attend you properly, online shopping has definitely affected this place but probably the issue was the attitude of the shop keepers that has swayed away most of the people and killed the shopping vibe of this place. They feel, they oblige you by answering your queries.

I am never coming again to buy or enquire anything! I would rather pay a few hundreds more and take service of other electronic outlets like Jumbo, Sharaf DG, Emax, and many more.

This review is for a shop called Flystar. Will not recommend anyone to go here. Don’t waste your time and money with these thugs. Very unprofessional staff, no manners plus no customer service. They gave me one price for fixing my display and when I went ahead to pay with my card, they wanted to add another 2.5% because the bank charges them. So what? How is that my responsibility? They started shouting at me and spoke to me in a very degrading manner. Charging a business expense to the customer is highly unethical plus should be illegal. Gave no bill and no warranty for the repair as well.
