I bought a laptop from the guy name Jones Lanmbi and while he was selling me he kept telling me you will get free laptop bag I agreed and everything when i come to collect the laptop he said no I won’t give anything free I already gave you big discount and while i was talking about the price with him he never mentioned that there is no more free bag and just scammed me. Like this very rude and unprofessional worker I wouldn’t recommend dealing with Jones Lanmbi very unprofessional worker and he will promise you many stuff just to sell you and after you pay he will break all promises

post update - initial service was great
after 2 weeks i found out that the graphics card is defected
they wouldn't replace it ; they claimed the same is not available
they made me wait and follow up with them for two weeks
after that they sold me a new card for a higher price

Scam shop - Worst Customer Service Ever
I purchased a server cooling fan, I brought the original fan and ask for similar compatible fan. They gave me a different brand fan and assure me it will work, we agreed that if the fan is not compatible I can return it with original packing in next few hours.
I tried the fan and it didn’t work because they gave me the fan with low amp and volt, I rush back immediately to return the fan but they refused to return, instead they kept my fan and reciept and didn’t return my money. I believe they will sell it to any other customer since the fan was in original packaging.
This is the picture of the shop, please stay away from them, there are plenty of other better shops
in the same plaza.
