I recently visited Brodz Elite (Al Mina branch) to repair my e-scooter, which had an issue starting with the key. They asked me to leave the scooter for 2-3 hours, but later I realized it was only a 15-20 minute job. They called me saying the alarm inside wasnāt working and needed to be replaced for AED 120. I returned to find they had already replaced it without my approval. Suspicious, I asked them to reinstall my old alarm, which worked perfectly fine. The real issue was with the key ignition, not the alarm. It felt like they were trying to sell me an unnecessary part at an inflated price. This raises concerns about their integrity and how they treat other customers.
