Cool Group is the best supplier for cooling and heating machines and rentals. Thumbs up to Mary the sales person who assisted me. She is very professional in dealing her clients and i am satisfied with the service she provided me. I had the best deal with her in buying this cooling machine for my room.
I needed a few coolers for a new store location. I had been referred by a friend and Alex and his team did not disappoint. Excellent evaluation of my needs and a trustworthy approach to the final decision on which units were best suited. Did some price comparison on the market and was pleasantly surprised that the Cool shop team were competitive too. Would recommended and use again in a heartbeat.

Keeping the dogs cool in the summer months is a huge challenge as AC is not available for all dogs as the shelter runs off generators.
Imagine our excitement when a kind sponsor came forward to pay AED90,000 for a sprinkler system that purported to keep the doggies cool.
Since the installation the sprinkler system has had major issues. Sprays not working, motors breaking down, blockages to name a few. The system didn't even provide cooling for one season.
Constant calls to the supplier to rectify has mostly fallen on deaf ears. We have now lost patience as it's the welfare of the dogs at stake.
Cool-Group do the right thing and fix or replace the shonky system you installed at the shelter. We expected that the system would last years!

Their customer service representative BEVERLY mistakenly sent her message for her colleague to me. She called me stupid/idiot while conversing with her colleague. It's just veeeery rude and unacceptable. Very unprofessional.
We bought 2 of these in this shop and they work perfectly fine! Going there is a bit traffic so try to go during not rush hour, parking was easy as people come and go. Workers are attentive, nice and knowledgeable!
