The most unproffisional Garage in UAE, also in the world, I have Admjee insurance, it starts with leaving the car to golden workshop to change the light and do aligment and a minimal paint (look at the paint after I go the car from them). The car has more issues when I recive it from the workshop. The manager Shangershan, when you talk to him you feel like you talk to clown who know nothing about cars. they are not talking to eachother to repair the car, you as costumer you have to talk to all departments and to insurance , they act fool when you speach to them, they are un-responsabile. VeryBad experience! Light change take 1 hour go to sharjah and bring then do the tyre balance and aligment. For them it toke 10 days. Already reported to Admjee insurance who forced golden workshop to compensate me for car rental. Already reported to DED, unproffional people should learn what car mean, then open service center. They have so many people who comes from insurance and claim that they are verybad.

Despite their high Google rating, which is now questionable, the service provided was well below expectations. Firstly, the staff lacks professionalism and responsiveness. You often have to chase them for updates, with multiple visits required just to get simple answers. The delivery of the vehicle is always delayed without proper communication. The evaluation process is another major issue. They only check visible body damage, with no thorough inspection of the mechanical and electrical components, which is highly concerning. This lack of proper evaluation leads to unresolved issues even after the so-called repairs. The painting and maintenance work were subpar, showing a clear lack of quality and attention to detail. It’s frustrating to see such poor craftsmanship when you’re expecting your car to be restored to its original state. I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone. Their service feels like a scam, and they certainly don’t live up to their inflated rating. Please think twice before choosing this place for your vehicle repairs. Choose wisely!
