8month ago, i experienced what i should have not experienced..
First of all, the new owners are really showing the intention to improve their services, quite and clean place, reception area. Reception received the car, immediately moved to the service area, as promised, after two hours I got a call that the car is ready, I had issue with my transmission, other workshops were no able to diagnosed the problem (they used to guess only like usual) , but this workshop not like others... Thanks to Prestige Car Care management...

This company replaced my car battery in July last year, and it died 9 months later. The battery was apparently covered by a 12 month warranty, however the company did not replace the battery. They ignored my calls and messages, and were extremely uncooperative and unhelpful. They promised to replace the battery on 3 consecutive days, yet they still failed to do so. I had to buy a new battery from a different reliable company.
