Absolutely outraging service from start to finish. Courteous, thorough, and above all punctual. The level of work is of a very high class! Definitely will be using these guys again and again.

I don’t understand how Google reviews give 4+ rankings for this garage, i followed google reviews and choose Al Nahdha Auto garage and ended up with nothing satisfying about jobs, bought my Audi, Mini cooper , VW GTI all of them for common repairs like coolant and oil leaks but after paying 15k over DHS still im terrified about jobs what they have done, every car has to bring another garage to fix same issue and the horrible thing is they took two months to finish the job and not done yet, totally unworthy place to spend time and money

I had a terrible experience with this garage. I went there specifically for throttle body cleaning, and they claimed the service was completed. However, just 20 days later, I visited another garage to check, and they confirmed that the throttle body had not been cleaned at all. When I confronted them, they tried to make excuses, saying that "carbon might have come back inside," which makes no sense!

They charged me aed 315 for a cleaning service which they clearly did not perform, and their attitude when questioned was completely unprofessional. I feel cheated and cannot trust this garage for any future service. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value your time and money.

I highly recommend this auto garage. I have changed engine oil and had my car checked several times here, and the service has always been well-organized and satisfactory. Additionally, their service prices are reasonable. Recently, I experienced an issue with my car's air conditioner. The manufacturer’s service center recommended replacing the evaporator and radiator at an incredibly high price, which seemed quite dubious. I requested Al Nahdha to inspect the problem, and they found no leakage in the evaporator. Instead, they simply refilled the gas and advised me to monitor the situation for the time being. Even in the case of evaporator replacement, they proposed a much more reasonable price. This garage has proven to be reliable and honest with their customers, and based on my past experiences, I am confident you can trust them.

I recently had my car serviced at Bosch Car Service – Al Nahdha Auto Garage in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), and I must say, the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain the issues with my car in detail and provided me with a clear estimate before starting any work. They were also very transparent about the costs, which gave me peace of mind.

More than a decade in Dubai and finally found a garage which takes care of your car and yourself exceptionally. The entire team from customer service to technicians to service advisors were phenomenal. Shout out to Azad who shared the quote and the date of collection and didn’t deviate from the commitment.

Their service get worse, I asked them about the quotation of bush parts more than 10 times and 1 month, but didn't receive the quotation and even not reply my message now.

Very bad experience, i ask them to change Fan motor they change it & installed the fan in opposite direction so my car breakdown in middle of the road and it damage other parts.. Also they charge too much for that small part..
One more thing they put wiring opposite so it’s throwing air outside.

Visited them for the second time to fix my Pajero. Great service by the team. Well experienced technicians and picked the problem of car in no time. Service done on the same day and all issues were resolved. They charge a reasonable fee. Hence, considering the quality of service, well experienced mechanics and reasonable price, definitely recommend this place.

Went for them to fix compressor because they promised to finish work within 1 day, however they needed more time. Also I paid for “original” one , however they were refusing to give me a receipt which will say that it’s original , I needed to demand it several times and calling for their manager in order to receipt which will mention what I paid for. And of course after 1 month the compressor they istalled stop working again! I paid for it more than 800 aed and that’s quite big price for 1 month of usage!!
