Anything anytime anywhere. Big twin have helped me acquire, tune up and upgrade and maintain 4 Harleys over 3 years and its amazing and sell 2 of them. The service is impeccable. The painting as well is amazing from the aesthetics to the finishing. I drop my bikes over for detailing every year to keep their paint perfect.

bad Experience.Sorry but they require a lot of money to repair or you take any other Service

It’s the best place in the UAE for servicing your HD. Kannan the manager/owner was the chief mechanic in Sharjah HD until they closed during the Pandemic. His select team are all former experienced mechanics from HD stealerships across the UAE with many years of experience. It’s very nice to see those familiar faces again. If you used to take your HD to any of the stealerships in Dubai, AD or Sharjah you saw them in those outlets before the pandemic. Rest assured that you and your HD will get a much better treatment there by Kannan and his team than any of the HD’s stealerships in the UAE. Not to mention that you won’t pay the usual HD tax. He also got all the original HD servicing parts there, a dedicated detailing and wash booth, a seating area with private coffee as well a sealed dust-proof A/C storage in the 2nd floor with an elevator for the bikes serviced. I was told that he will also take bikes for long term storage soon. Seriously, take your HD to Kannan and his team. Book an appointment. You will not regret. Don’t pay the *** HD tax and just be one more number in a long queue of bikes (specially at the start of the season) to be rushed for service at any of the HD stealerships by their poor mechanics overworked and unappreciated. My experience with big twin motorcycle is above great. The staff are welcoming and professional. They are taking care of my 2 bikes ( fatboy 114/ 2018 and Harley 48 / 2010) What impressed me that the owner of the shop Mr.Marwan Lootah is always their taking care of the service center and more important the costumer service/ happiness and he is always welcoming plus nothing is impossible to him and his team. My experience with them was : major bike service, bike paint job, 2 helmets paint job, bike polishing , ordering and installing parts and bike storage. I did a comparison between big twin prices and other ( big service ) centers, you will save some $$ with them. Big twin is ( professional + quality = happy ride )

Staff are super helpful. The thing that stands out so much is they are genuinely interested in you . This includes the owner who Sat down with me for a chat All I went in for was a battery and I have come back with that's the place I will take my Harley too! Top for customer support and top for there workshop and services . If I could give 10 stars on this I would Thanks to their manager and the owners 👍 giving people your time is so important in this day and age and greatly appreciated 👏

زرت الورشة مرتين المرة الاولى لسيرفس و الثانية لتبديل الاطارات و في كل مرة من بعد استلام دراجتي اتفاجا باعطال اخرا بالدراجة و اقوم بارجاع الدراجة للورشة فاكتشف بانه عطل ناتج عن عدم دقتهم في العمل على الدراجة و استعجالهم لانهاء المطلوب و تسليمك الدراجة واستلام حسابهم ،،نهايك عن اللا مبالاه عند الرجوع لهم و اخطارهم بالاعطال التي تسببوا بها في الدراجة و خاصة الموظف /كانن في كل مرة اقوم بارجاع الدراجة له ينكر و يتهرب تسببه في العطل حتى اثبت له بالصور التي التقطها لدراجتي قبل تسليمها للورشة ،فيقول لي اليوم الورشة مزدحمة ولا استطيع استلام دراجتك مع العلم هو من تسبب بالعطل الذي بها ،،و اسعارهم مرتفعة جداا،،،لا انصح احد بهم
