I took my laptop in the morning, they the employee did not understand anything he only told me that the laptop service guy will come at 2 and he will call you, no one called me until I called and he told me I didn't see it I will call you in an hour then he didn't call so I went to the shop and they told me that the fan doesn't work and we don't have it, and we need to call the suppler so I told him to call them but he refused and said I will call them in the morning, Next day I got no call, Until afternoon they didn't call me or the supplier then they called and told me they don't have. they wasted two days and I told them I have work and I need it. I took the laptop and went to near shop the employee there said that in the morning he will go and bring it from shariah or Dubai.
