As far as main dealer service centres go this one is very good. I prefer to deal with Mr Anees because he is professional, understanding and flexible wherever possible. Parts took a while to arrive but that’s understandable when arriving from the UK - nice service centre and I was happy to wait whilst being offered a drink and opening my laptop.

I am writing to express my great distress and dissatisfaction with the quality of the headlight of my Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner W12, which is under warranty. This car done low kilometers and always parked under covered parking. The headlight of the car started to fade after short span of use, which severely affected the visibility and safety of driving at night and got upset when people asking about these marks on it especially as Bentley the premium brand in the world. I contacted the dealer and they told me that this was a common problem with most of the models and asked me to pay 20 % of the total value for the headlights that is blurred due to the heat of the light which is a common issue reported as manufacturing defect by multiple customers on many models. If its within the warranty the company should be covering all expenses and shouldn’t force the customer to pay any charges. I am very disappointed with this situation, as I expected a high standard of quality and service from a prestigious brand like Bentley. I paid a premium price for this car and I do not think it is fair or acceptable that I have to deal with such a defect that compromises the performance and appearance of the car. I request that you take immediate action to rectify this problem. I would like you to replace the faulty headlight with a new one. I also expect an apology and an explanation for why this issue occurred and how you will prevent it from happening again in the future for me and other customers

Worst service experience. This is not the first time I am experiencing worst service from Bently service center. I gave my car for servicing mentioning couple of complaints but after the service they said all complaints inspected and everything is sorted. After one week I had the same issues for my vehicle and they asked me to give the car again for inspection even though my car was there in the service center for more than a week. In the second inspection they found a nail in tyre , I couldn’t understand what inspection they did at first and for second they charged for their negligence
