Booked a car service and brake replacement for my mini cooper. Website doesn't list mini so I messaged them and they said yes no problem. I booked via the website, unfortunately all my additional comments requesting brake replacement was lost. Work took a few days due to parts, but was very reasonably priced and carried out professionally. I was told that the car needed detailing due to hard water damage, so I booked it in to the DIC branch via the website.
On the appointment day I drove it there and was told they don't do car detailing at that branch.
Why did the website offer and accept my booking if the branch doesn't provide the service.
If they can fix the customer interface I'd rate them 5*, until then I'm giving them a 3 * rating.
Excellent customer service with good knowledge of what’s to be done without causing a dent in your pocket, quite affordable. I was impressed with the friendly and professional from both Mr. Zainuddin and Mr. Sharath. I’ve found my go to place for my cars.

I thank the AUTO FIX team (DIC) for repairing my car. The guys are so polite and very friendly. The team always kept me updated on the status of the service. I also want to thank Mr. Zainudheen. He called me to discuss the situation in more detail. We had a constructive phone conversation before I arrived at the garage, although he did not know at that time whether I would come. The head office also constantly communicated with me regarding my car service. I sincerely appreciate the team's efforts and will certainly recommend this garage to my friends. The team very prompt in replying and they provide good services, I have an Audi A6 and that was my first experience with AutoFix DIC branch. The repairs done within the promised time by changing the engine and gear mount. The spear parts where slightly more expensive than the market but the service was very good and my car is perfectly fine.
They do not accept customers to provide their own parts, and hence it takes them more than one day to bring parts themselves and repair the vehicle.
Top class service experienced. Management is exceptional, ask for Mr.zainudheen. Will recommend it to everyone.
