Brought my Range Rover in for an apparant coolant leak. They charged 300 AED for the inspection, then claimed the waterpump needed to be replaced, after which they charged another 600 AED to 'monitor' the leak. After long wait got the car back, still leaking coolant. Asked them to pick the car up for repair and they wanted to charge me another 6000 AED to repair the pipes, without actually having checked where the issue was. Had the car collected and brought to another garage, who fixed the issue for less than 950 AED. Avoid this place at all cost! It's far away, work is done slow and incomplete and they charge excessively. There are many better options available. Also, be sure to compare the good but clearly fake reviews with the bad reviews (the ones that actually contain details).

Highly recommend ARM for any Porsche related work. I used ARM for a pre purchase inspection. Thanks to them I bought my first Cayman with peace of mind. They carried out all the fixes and done a service to my car with great professionalism. Special thanks to Nihad for his availability, transparency throughout the process and kindness.

I had a fantastic experience at ARM . Met Nihad Gazzali and started a great relationship. Fantastic person and a great asset to ARM team…… he is very professional and communicarive. I have been advised to use the services of ARMotors for tuning my car in which I have been contacted by one of the sales rep Mr. Nihad who I can surely say, has a lot of customer care experience. The Garage technicians are so professional, honest, and with reasonable prices. I am so happy with the results, and would highly recommend using ARMotors especially if you own Porsches and other luxury sports cars.

last experience with them was disaster I send them my car for fixing the screen and after a month of waiting the spare part they call to say its something else not working the screen is good and they couldn't fix it and started to offer expensive solutions. and after all this time they send the car back to me in a very bad condition much worst that before damages in the leather, radio buttons fallen and sticky.

Rajeev is the most helpful and supportive driver I’ve ever come across for ARM. He always calls you to tell you he’s on his way. He gives you an approximate time and almost to the minute. He arrives. He’s friendly, very supportive an excellent representative of ARM

Very disappointed. Among many other things, they fitted new wheel cap covers on my car. Not even 2 weeks later, one of the wheel caps flew off during a drive, because they had not fitted it correctly nor did they check if the glue was strong enough. When I approached ARM about this, they refused to take ownership of the problem. You really discover the truth about a business when something goes wrong. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We would like to complain about the shaking of the vehicle. We sent the vehicle for rectification of the shaking but the result it is more problem occur.
A month ago the vehicle is totally fine tell then the brakes needs to replace. We ordered the genuine part. ARMotors fixed the brake and done the wheel alignment as well but the issue arise as the vehicles steering shakes and vibrate. We sent back the vehicle as advise that it needs again a wheel alignment this month but today 19-10-2022 when the owner drives the vehicle the full vehicle is shaking which is getting more worst. As per the owner it is unacceptable at all.

Worst Customer Service Experience ever. For two days they have my car. I continuously keep calling and they keep on hanging up my phone. I am not even aware what is happening with my car. I have asked for the manager several times by calling the main line and I am informed he is busy. I have proof of all the calls and messages.
Please don’t waste your time with this workshop. You will have zero piece of mind.
