bought four tires and had them changed at AutoPro Dubai Hills, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager and employee falsely claimed they couldn’t perform a wheel alignment because my car (Nissan Patrol, 2500 KG) was “too heavy” despite their lift capacity being 4500 KG.

Skeptical, I went to the AutoPro across the street (next to McDonald’s), and they immediately told me the Dubai Hills team was lying—they have the same equipment and could easily do the alignment. To make matters worse, the manager at the other AutoPro even called the Dubai Hills AutoPro manager to confront him, and he had no valid response.

This was clearly a case of laziness and poor customer service. If they didn’t want to do the job, they should have just said so instead of misleading a customer. Avoid this location if you expect honesty and professionalism.

Came to them with new tires because they didn't have the tires I need and they would not fix them. While my car is not drivable and no where to go with it.

I recommend do not come here for any tire service as they do not care about your safety or your situation. Many other garages around that are better

I have visited autopro 7076 for service. Thanks to people who done my car service very well. I am very happy 😊

It says open till 9pm. I drove all the way from JVT to wash my car, arrived by 8:40pm. They turned me down and said it closed at 8:30. I have small hatchback car, there was only one car at vacuum that time. Or information in google is wrong or they just lied to me because wanted to go home early. Very disappointing.

Poor fellows dont want to try any thing.Sorry to say but it is just a tyre shop. No other repairs. This specific autopro. The filapina guy nods for everything. Pathetic experience

Thanks to auto pro team for a 7076 Dubai hills. I'm very happy this moment for a my vehicle problems solved and fast complaints founding.very good work quality and neat and clean. I am highly recommended for this auto pro . pradeep and sanu and our teams are very excellent and good team work. manager Rasheed sir is very well explained it all. 👍

They do not honor their warranty. Tyres were damaged within warranty period and they refused to replace them and asked me to buy new ones. They said they would ask the supplier for a technical report, all I got was a summary of the damages and not the actual cause so they get off the hook not to pay, all this after a full months of chasing and unanswered calls
