25/04/2025: I’m editing my review just to share that after I saw your reply, I contacted your team on daily basis to speak with your management to solve my issues, everyday promises to call me back, with no action unfortunately
Still waiting some one to call me
They’ve used not compatible oil with my car , my car is required fully synthetic oil but they’ve used Semi synthetic oil, the oil filter was not original as they said, it’s after market and I found it in AliExpress and COO is china , after finishing the oil change, they didn’t wash the car and they gave me white paper with stamp (like a cobone) to go to very low quality nearby car wash, and the car wash shop told me that I have to wait for 2 hours to finish washing many trucks and commercial cars before me!!
