Al tareef workshop excellent service, my pajero had a noise can find when i went to check so many places but can find that noise but I get to know this place through one of my friend Al Tareef work shop they find the problem in my pajero and explain to me and fix . I recently had the pleasure of visiting this car garage, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Mr. Zubaire, Arsalan, and the team are true professionals in every sense of the word. Their honesty and reliability are unmatched, and their pricing is both fair and reasonable. I was suffering from various issues like transmission, engine mounting as well as suspension. They fixed the issues very well and tried to repair existing parts instead of suggesting replacement which could have cost additional 40% of total cost. As a Ford owner, I can confidently say this is the best Ford garage in the UAE. The quality of their work and their dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding. I’ve taken my car to this garage to fix a deep scratch. They’ve taken good care of my vehicle, made a quality repair job, and quoted me a more then fair price. They even dropped my car off in Dubai. I surely recommend this place for your auto repair needs.

My car was sent to this workshop more than 4 times because of the stalled, each time they always asked me to replace some parts, but after replacing the parts, after some days the car still stalled, until the last time I stopped trusting them, I sent my car to another workshop and they said that the last workshop never replacement oil pump, there was much dust in your oil pump, they asked you to replace other parts every time, but it would not solve the problem. So I don't trust them anymore, they'll just make you pay to replace the parts, but it won't fix the problem.

Really unprofessional. I went to al tareef about 2 years ago with a small complaint. After that I was a regular costumer due to their unprofessional fixing. One day my car stuck middle of the road. I called them for the support. They said the cooland was mixed with the oil. I spend almost 3K to get it repaired. After that within 100 km car stuck again. They have repaired it again and paid. When it happened 3rd time they told me to drop the car at their dubai garage since I was staying in dubai. From their they said my engine is gone. They can help me with replacing the engine if I spend 10k more. I took the vehicle and send it to another workshop they have properly cleaned the cooland pipes and valve. Now the car is running smoothly.

They're unprofessional since they don't know how to handle customers or how European cars repair ; I'm just wasting my time.Please, I beg you, don't go to that garage.

This Garage is the worst ever, I trusted them and gave them my car, they give me a double priced quotation, i was on harry so I accepted and give them the money, guess what? The issue was still there and they ask me for more money to fix their mistake, even I mentioned the issue from day 1, they told me no sir, the gear is fine, after they take 5K for suspension, they call me and tell me it’s a gear issue, and the new quotation is 11K 😂😂😂

Totally unprofessional workshop. I took my car there based on Google reviews and was totally disappointed and let down. My car broke down and I was told to replace the engine. Following the replacement works I discovered that there was too much engine noise inside the car. They told it is normal and then I noticed that they had not put back all the sound proofing pads. To my shock I also noticed that they damaged the gear console and gear handle. They promised me to replace it, I have been following up with them for a year and they kept saying it will be replaced soon. Now they have started ignoring my messages. From what I understand they don’t have mechanics in the workshop and just some plumbers and stone breakers. Please stay away as they have no clue how to repair European cars.
