I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
Initially, the team arrived and seemed to want to solve the issue with the AC that we had. They took FULL payment and then informed us if it wasn’t fixed, to call them and they will come the next day. We tried to make a follow up appointment as the issue was not resolved at all, It’s been close to a month and they’ve been avoiding my calls and texts and they make false promises and appointments to “make up for it” and don’t show up!!! An absolute disaster and a rip off. Never again
Would never recommend for even a small job. They know nothing, their staff is unprofessional. Took huge amount of my money and problem was never fixed. BE CAREFUL BEFORE HIRING THEM !
