I had an engine misfiring issue with my Volkswagen Tiguan. I contacted the garage, and within minutes, they responded. When I arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem, performed a smoke vacuum leak test, and inspected the spark plugs, ignition coils, and electrical connections. They ordered the required parts and impressively fixed the car on the same day. In the meantime, they even provided a temporary solution so I didn’t have to take a taxi back while waiting for the parts (it was Ramadan, which made this even more appreciated). Their service was fast, professional, and done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop! They are clearly experienced with German and European cars, as I noticed some Porsches and other similar vehicles being worked on. They also handle maintenance for Japanese brands like Toyota, Nissan, and Lexus, as well as other makes like Chrysler. Additionally, they are highly specialized in electrical and programming, which shows their expertise. Excellent service overall.

I just want to share my experience with Al Mohandes Garage Vehicle service. I am extremely delighted, and the place is just very professional and genuine. The engineer in charge of the place is really polite and really well-educated. They received my car for three days, got all the work done, and moreover, the car was in their garage during the heavy rain day; they took much care to protect my car from any damage. Honestly, the engineer in charge has a really good team who is very responsive and intensly listens to the customer patiently. Thanks, Almohandes , for your service. I went for AC repairs for my Audi Q7, the mechanic kept my car in the garage for 2 weeks, increased the original quote 3 times after I had payed advance for original quote. Also, they damaged the brakes even without fixing the AC issue, and charged me 1500 just for small oil leak fix. Worst service ever.

The worst experience ever, I paid 15k for replacing my engine with new one.
The new engine is worse with oil leaks. He has been working in my car for 4 month and the car is still not working. Never recommend to anyone

Very bad service, i sent my car for major service came back worse than it was then check engine appeared, two weeks to receive an invoice supposedly he changed the spark plugs then came to know it wasn’t changed and i have misfire, NOT RECOMMENDED!!

VERY VERY BAD Experience and poor service in this garage I put my car in working condition and they give me back the car🚘 with a broken and damaged engine and they refused to fix it because ZERO experience they can’t fix it………very poor service and experience 👎
