I am highly disappointed with Al Saqer Facilities Management. They seem to be extorting money from people by not blocking one of the three barrier which is broken. they demanded 250 and after negotiating, reduced the amount to 50 AED, which clearly indicates their practices. This is not the kind of service or integrity I expect from a management company. I urge others to be cautious and hope the company addresses this unethical practice promptly. Parking staff told me that they won’t block the broken barrier even after addressing it to them. End story they left me exit free after speaking to parking supervisor Vishal for which I had to call them. However the experience was very unnecessary and exhausting.

Very rude and not professional AC Technician. Technician did not respect the tenant, shouted at tenant and lying. No proper system at all, just waste of time. They must call tenant for appointment before attend the service request in order to avoid inefficiency. As well the person wore sandals instead of safety shoes. I am not sure if this company comply to HSE regulation.
