He shifted my office AC units to the new office.. He is very honest and professional. He follows up with his workers to make sure the work is done properly. He leaves the place clean after he finishes the job. Excellent service.
Not professional and Very bad service, I called to fix my fridge the technician came and told me it was ice that blocked the place that fridge gets cold, he removed the ice and worked for hours, the next day fridge stopped working, I informed him, the technician came and told was broken so he changed at night, it worked, by morning both fridge and freezer stopped working at all, I called not responding and rejecting, later answered talking without manners after argument he sent technician on 2nd day, he told something is burnt, we went together to the repair person, he told double of amount, I told him to keep I will get back to him later, when paid directly to the repair person. He got upset because he was not able to double my payment, and refused to come and fix. I called another technician he told, this spoiled because cable connected wrongly earlier, I’m so disappointed with them🥺😡😰

Very bad company. Not responsible at all. Told us will come then last cancel our appointment. Service many times in a roll and every time charge the fee until last nothing change AC still not working. Really not professional and not responsible. Don’t ask them to service your stuff. They will they you to change this change that but until last it is not working at all. After that problem come then they will not answer your call.

Very horrible and unprofessional service, I had some issues with fridge not getting cold when I called before he was responding well, once he got the work and take payment he became rude, they destroyed and made it worse, when I informed he said they will fix it again, he said they can come only next day, next day not responding to calls till afternoon, he said 4pm, then 8pm then 9:30 and then they blocked me or closed there phone, till next day I was able to reach, I was very upset and I asked them to please come and fix and stop giving time and then closing phone or not answering calls, I’m working mother I store food in fridge for my kids, it hard for me,
he rudely told “ that is not my problem, it’s your problem.“
Wanted to report on them but, leave him to Allah, what ever he did will get back to him.
The technician was not rude, but not good in fixing fridge. The coordinator person answering the call is the horrible one, very rude and inhumane person ☹️👎🏼
We used their services, their work is geniune and very Professional. Good job brother .
