Honestly, I was initially having issue with contacting this workshop after an insurance company directed me to them. But once I brought my vehicle in for repair and met the mechanics and support staff, I was taken care off immidiately. I especially want to thank Mr. Senan (or Seinan) for helping me throughout the process and for repairing my car. I'm now a satisfied customer.

I own a BMW-X5 and gave my car for a technical issue of mis-firing above 120 kmph. However, the garage team called me last week and asked me to take my car back as they were unable to fix the problem.
When i went to collect my car, i was shocked to see the condition of my car. In their effort to identify the problem, the team actually messed up with internal wiring system and when i started my car the display is full of errors and the complete vehicle is vibrating. Finally they advised me to see another garage.
I do not recommend this garage at all as i experienced a non-professional approach in attending my case.

In a word:Terrible.
My car was vibrating and they diagnosed a defective gear box. They kept bringing second hand gear boxes one after the other...they replaced 5 gear boxes before delivering !! I had serious doubts, then I told them to change the spark plugs and it worked out. Probably my gear box was good. It cost me 5400 Dh on a car that is bearly worth 12000 Dh.
Overall my car stayed at their shop 2 weeks and when they gave it back to me, there was not a single drop of petrol in it. My car stopped on the way to the nearby petrol station and I had to call them to come to reful a gallon so I can reach the station...they could have refulled before giving it back but no, they kept on driving it though the fuel was at zero.
4 months after, my car is vibrating again and when returned it to them, they again did trial and guessing but still not able to fix the issue.
When I told them it could be the gear box the answer was: gear box out of warranty.
Not very honest to wash your hands this way.
Feros is a nice guy but NEVER calls back. You need to keep on calling and contact him to have updates.Tyring with time.

Overall, not trusting this workshop anymore and not returning there.

My car got inspected in this garage and they said my car ABS system disabled or disconnected by someone because their diagnosis computer not detect in my car. I got surprised and afraid because my car I am using since 6 years and I didn’t face any issues in braking system or in ABS system. Immediately I took the car to another garage to clear my doubt and I came to know that my car is without ABS feature model… I understood that this garage doesn’t know anything.

Service is not that good as per my experience. Whenever I give car, I need to bring it back the second or third time since they don't check the exact cause at the first time and if a person without any automobile experience goes to the garage, it's sure the garage shop will end up by adding some unnecessary cost in the Tax-Invoice

Staff were really supportive & friendly but had to go back to workshops multiple times for same issue until it gots resolved. Overall I do recommend this workshop

The best place for car related works such as mechanical and electrical works . Here they are special for airbag resetting and full range of auto needs. Also they have good waiting room with majilis facility

Very bad service specially for BMW cars. They don’t have experience in those cars. I sent my car with their recovery, they damaged the seat setting and i left it for more than 10 days they didn’t know how to fix it. And i bring it there 3 times everytime they say we will check another way. And all was waste of time. They wasted my time and their time without doing anything. Not expert as per my experience

I brought my Range Rover Sport to the workshop due to a malfunction in the cooling system in October 2021 and to this day the problem has not been fixed despite the replacement of spare parts worth 10,000 dirhams. The car is parked for weeks for repair, and then the same problem returns again after several days,
After my experience with this workshop, I would never recommend dealing with them due to lack of experience and lack of credibility

Few days ago i took the car to another garage and i fixed it without changing the engine as u claim .
