Al Mayali workshop is a reliable garage with good quality work, great customer service, and most of all honestly. I originally came to Al Mayali to get some body work done on my car. After I received the car, it looked brand new and you could never tell that I had work done to it. After a great first experience, I continue to bring all my cars here and I’ve even recommended friends to also bring their cars. If you’re looking for quality work and people who are honest and don’t try ripping you off, then come visit Al Mayali. They are honest, the prices are very reasonable, and they take their time to ensure your car is perfect once it’s done.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for Al Mayali. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They didn’t try to upsell or push anything unnecessary just honest advice and quality work. They fixed my car quickly and the price was very fair. It’s rare to find a workshop that’s this reliable and professional. My car runs perfectly now. Highly recommend these guys, I’ll definitely be going back if I ever need anything done!

Very bad experience, before this was my best garage in Sharja, and i have trust and confidence in them but the key people have left and the ones who stayed simply dont care about there work and they make aloot of mistakes.

- the manager refuses to accept their mistakes, and doesnt give any guarantee for his work or the parts that he provides.

- i changed two times the car starter, payed two times for same work and same part in two months and the manager said they cant give guarantes.

- i changed the engine mounts here, i provided the parts, and i still felt vibration, after 6 mounts i suspected that they didnt change them, and to my suprise when i checked with another garage , one of the engine mounts has NOT BEEN changed and was broken, they took the part and the money for work but didnt do the work they said they did. Very bad.

- the mehanic didnt put back the cooling pipe corectly and all the coolant went out while driving, the manager didnt even appologise , they just put it back correctly and added new colant on my expense this time and said its good now

- when i messeged the garage about it they just sad the owner changed and thats it end of story, another example how they just dont careee about what they do.

- be very careful with this garage and if you do work with them, STAY and observe and make sure they do the work and not just say they did. Better stay away.

Sad to see such a good garage fall so low .

Very disappointed, totally waste of money, service is very bad , even they are not listing the customer needs and staff is unskilled, misbehaving, worst experience ever. Plz don't waste ur money there.

Very poor job on painting, waste of time. I took my car to other garage to fix the paint job. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED
