I recently had my car serviced here, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the issues my car was facing and the necessary repairs. The facility was clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their work. They completed the service quickly, and my car runs like new! Plus, their prices were very reasonable compared to other garages in the area.
I used to go here for almost 10 years. Now things have changed drastically and for the worse. I gave my car for fixing as it was a 2nd hand, they quoted me a huge bill, but because I was a regular customer, I let them proceed Recently I gave this car to another garage closer to my work, and they inspected and showed me by video that some of the items weren't fixed /replaced as quoted by Mansoori Garage. I feel extremely disappointed, angry and cheated. Will never be going back here.
In this garage, there’s a staff member in charge. He is very aggressive, and he has a very bad attitude. So this is my experience. Just I take my car only for leak water and I know exactly there’s a vape damage just to replace. So staff asked me to replace the water pump and more and more items when I rejected he told me to take my car and not going to fix it. My advice is please do not go there, and I wish the owner he read my comments to take action with staff, who has a barb ( in charge in office) and is not respectful at all.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car service.
