LG Service is excellent. Very polite and helpful from call centre to the engineer. The engineer did a wonderful job. Very happy with their service. I have used a few times and always excellent.
Money oriented not brand oriented. Every 6 months something has to go wrong and there is no deduction on visit fee from fix.
Rakesh attended our dish washer and resolved the issue. He is very nice and knowledgeable person. Since we have LG Washing machine so explained some features which we were not aware of.
Rakesh have been such a great help while troubleshooting my washing machine error and doing the needful to resolve the same. This is the best after sale services I have ever received and all the accolades goes to Rakesh for swift response and resolution.

The worst customer service
I bought a washing machine five days ago and I noticed on Friday that the machine is not working properly so I called the technical support to come and check they told me sorry but it will take three working days and our team are offffff on weekend and they can't send any one for emergency service
Then today Monday they called and I told them to come at four pm and no one came and now I have to stay more than four days without washing my clothes
Their service center didn’t answer their phone or responded to WhatsApp messages for a couple of weeks - all up until I reported them to LG Customer Care. Suddenly, they responded shortly after.
To replace my microwave oven’s door, they offered me the spare part (door) which costs almost as the brand new microwave oven - same model.
Once I reported this back to LG Customer Care (since it doesn’t make sense), their reply was: “Prices are set by our service center. We’d like to apologize for that.”
Thank you for the apology LG, I won’t be purchasing your products again. Also, having Al Yousuf Electronics as your official service center is substandard for a global electronics brand.
Very bad service. Tv price 2600 dhs and charging me 3950 dhs to fix it. One year old and not working.

Not honest they only take money and charge I bought machine 3000 when I call them they. Told to pay extra other wise will not come I pay more than 5000 for fixing until today they don’t fix and they don’t know any thing in their work

We are so happy and want to recommend LG Service Center for repair services. They response to our request for fixing the LG F4V5EYLYP Front Load Washer 11KG SLV. Rakhesh and Shuhag came to fix the washing machine. They are so great with customer satisfaction for repair. They explain everything, the problem and how we can avoid it in the future. We appreciate their efforts. So I’m giving credits to praise their work and good service. So kind and approachable. Thank you so much.
