hello every body,same problem of below person with me happen also,al borj sttaff they dont responce and they have always exuses,never reply back untill you will bring voice up,and you give mashine run behind,any how in short way,they have wrong staf ,most of them they have to work in public area as a cleaner because they know how to clean prople brain with sorry.im sorry from managment,but you staff also need big expirience not to seat only on the chair.

Incompetent customer service, very slow or rather non existing response to queries. Even after follow up on the same request and hearing promises there is no finalization. The price of item changes every time I require final price and I ended up paying more than we agreed at the beginning. Just unbelievable!!!

One of the best service providers. We bought an embroidery machine from them, whenever we get any issues they are always at a call away. Rohan was amazing as well and he had been great help for us in troubleshooting as we were new to this machine and the way how to use.

Terrible attitude and a complete waste of time for us. Sold us the wrong machine, refused to provide us the correct training for our purpose, came in to discuss the issues and agreed to a refund but changed their mind a week later? Who does that!
Would not recommend at all, save your time and money.

unfortunately, we will bear very big delay penalty because of lack of follow up , they promise delivery till June then make contract without our acceptance by delivery September and they take 100 % of amount in advance then no reply to us, i advice not dealing with them and go to another dealer

Very poor customer service and bad attitudes while talking, we know them for almost 10 years and every time we thought this could be the problem of that particular employee but now i realize this is a kind of cultures and systematic problems of the company. we purchased a part from them without packing, no box, no plastic and even no user Manuel even no bag to carry. No warranty provided. they just want to sell and that's all. Surprise to see the agent of a Japaneses brand like Juki. hope to recognize some improvement in near future.
