Auto DON'T Trust This is a company and a workshop that destroys people's cars, and a company that systematically and carefully deceives and scams. I took my car to have the driver's side sunroof replaced. I was informed that upon inspection, minor issues were discovered that needed to be replaced. A large amount was paid. Upon receipt the next day, the car stopped in traffic on Al Wahda Street in Sharjah after a sudden jolt. Upon returning it, I was informed that the spark plugs and spark plug base would be replaced, and I also paid a large amountagain. A day later, a loud noise was made in the car, and when the air conditioning was turned off, it went away. There was a significant imbalance in the car, as well as the sound of friction, vibrations, and wheel sway. Upon returning it, they also requested a large repair list. I paid nearly 8,000 dirhams, and now they are asking for 5,500 dirhams. This is not my car. All of its parts have been replaced for another car. In order to return it again and pay additional amounts, I sent WhatsApp messages and emails requesting a repair report to submit to the court, but no response or interest was received. It hasn't been sent for nearly a month.

Highly advised and recommended... great and quick service ... everyone is trying to help and support ... from Riya at the front desk till Reem and Kareem and Abdul Mannaan ... my car got fixed in 3 days with top quality ... special thanks to Reem for recommending the best repair option to save me cost and time.

Worst garage ever. At first they promised to finish the car report for my insurance in 15 days, then 15 days pass by, they asked me to wait for 1 week, then after that, another 3 days, after this all promises, 25 days is gone and nothing happened and my car remain untouched,. after 25 days they ask again to wait for another one week, but im done, i can no longer trust this people. i canceled my car from this garage. Very unprofessional people. they just lie and keep u waiting for nothing. i hope i can give this garage a zero star. they will just keep u frustrated.
