So I went to Al Atlal tyres and balancing behind ADCB not sure it this is the one you talk about above.. I can say that I feel ripped off. I was there at 10:00, I asked for Repair of a puncture, rotation and balancing of tyres as well as alignment. They quoted 300aed. At 13:00 they told me they were finished. I check and the repaired tyre is in the same spot. None have been rotated and alignment has already been done.
So I request they do the rotation for which I asked in the beginning. They do eventually comply by 13:40 but then charge me over 500aed. In my mind I cannot trust them. I will not use them again.
They didnt explain me whats the camber, what is the caster, what is the inclination anything, they just did the work and told me finish, u can go now like that.
If one customer came, they should infrm what is the problem of his car and what kind of remedies have to do like that...
