Had a wonderful experience with AK Bikes. Extremely professional and explained step by step what needed to be done in terms of repairs and maintenance. As well as conveniently picking up the bicycles in a short amount of time and all for a reasonable and add price. My bicycles look brand new as if I just bought them. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you AK Bikes.
Horrible experience. Dont buy/rent from them. We rented two bikes from here for a full day they charged us a premium rate. Told the guy that we are going to Mushrif park track so give us suitable bikes. Within the first 15 mins, one of the bike’s tyre punctured. When we took the bikes to them they hid our Emirates id and asked extra payment for the puncture. We couldn’t even use the bikes after the first 15 mins.
The salesman agreed with us and wanted to help but the manager told him something on the phone and then the salesman said sorry i cant help you.
The manager wasn't even considerate enough to speak with us on the phone or listen to us for a minute.

I took my road bike in for a quick wash n lube. No appointment was necessary and the guys were very accommodating and friendly. They made my bike look like new within half an hour and only for just AED 45. They also offer pick up and drop off service for a small charge which needs to be pre-booked. Great service, great price and amazingly results. Highly recommended. See you again soon.
So basically we rented bikes from them for 150 aed per bike, premium mountain bikes for the whole day. 15 minutes in the mtb trail in Mushrif, the green trail, one of the tyre just bursts. When I go back to inform them after 2 hours to return the bike as it is not usable anymore, they don’t accept any responsibility. When I informed that their bikes were faulty / asked for a refund, the salesman or the guy who was at the counter refused to compensate. On top of that as per company policy and the contract I signed I have to pay for damages.
That’s fair when it’s mishandled, to pay for damages on rental products, but it can’t be because the bike were already faulty. he understands that we are not in the wrong, but he can’t help us. Asked to speak to the manager but couldn’t as he wasn’t allowed.
Had to pay for the tyre repair in the end as my id was kept as security.
Also felt bad for the guy at the counter looking at me innocently, instead of taking responsibility.
Didnt appreciate their approach to the problem I was facing. Will not rent or buy through them in the future and would recommend renting it from al Mushrif or hatta or other trails.
They are not Honest shop , they sell used bikes at a very high rates while they buy them from users at very low value
This is not a service center for high end bikes. Left my Bianchi for a major service. Handle bar was misaligned, wheel service left something loose in tyre after replacing sealant, torque on wheel nuts dangerously high, torque on frame bolts incorrect. Fly by night service center. Proceed with caution
We had a small issue with the chain repeatedly coming off of my son's bike. The service was great from collection to drop off which was all done within the same day! His bike looked cleaner and better than it did when we first brought it. Thank you to the team at AK bikes for the prompt and quality work.
اسلوب الموظف غير لائق و ما يتعامل باحترام، بسبب موقف و مب حاطين انه لهم الموقف و الشارع مسكر و قلت له بكل هدوء احين بشل السيارة و مب عاجبنه و تم على اسلوبه الغير لائق مع أي حد و اتمنى يتحسن اسلوبه و اذا بيتم التواصل معاي من الشركة او القسم المختص بيكون زين
