A very nice department store that has tools, outdoor furniture, gardens supplies, many home appliances and even cookware.
I bought a dining table on the 2nd of October. The guy at the pay pount said it will be delivered in 3 days. That didn't happen. Last week someone phoned and said it will be delivered Saturday/Sunday and no one pitched. I phoned customer care Monday and they said I can expect a call soon. Its now Wednesday and still nothing. Almost 2 weeks later and no one is responding.
I drove all the way from Muscat to ace alain this morning. I wanted to buy a garden shed which I saw on their website but couldn’t buy it online because they won’t deliver to Muscat. The store is as usual well socked and organized. Staff who helped me today were very helpful and knowledgeable about the items. One of them came to the pick up point himself to check I got the right item quickly. Thank you so much. It’s 2:15 p.m and I am almost home. ACE management, please consider opening a branch in Muscat. I assure you that you will have good business. Or at least find a good delivery service like Asyad Express to deliver to Muscat just like amazon.
I enjoy shopping 🛍 at Ace Hardware. I seem to always find something to buy. The sales people are very helpful. If they don't know something they will find out the answer. I like the garden center.
Staff totally disinterested in their job and helping customers. They look depressed, no please or rhank you
The 5 star rating is for the salesperson Saqib which I talked with when I asked help for the right drilling equipment. He was competent and knowledgeable and even offered suggestions. I also spoke to a Filipina (I did't get her name but she has short hair) a week ago who offered me help which I really appreciated.
The best household and hardware store around. Here you can find good brands like Brabantia and Nespresso. They have tools, gardening equipment, car utilities, plants, kitchenware, paint, wallpaper, moving boxes, etc.
They deal with a very bad delivery company and also inexperienced employees
Yes you will find great deals and products how ever this store has the worst customer service actually there is no service at all some times you will find your self in the store with no one working there except the cashier if you needed to ask for any thing
