AC Services Al Barsha | AC Maintenance Services Dubai

After changing the outdoor AC unit, the AC wasn’t cooling and I contacted the company to come and take a look. It has been three weeks and the last five days this company has been promising to come and fix the problem and they haven’t. Worst customer experience, I regret ever using your services.

Edit: since I’ve posted this review, they’ve been harassing me with phone calls. Beware of this company and its employees.

Don’t bother calling these guys. They’re very unprofessional and don’t even bother showing up if they’re not in the mood for it, even if you scheduled a maintenance. From other reviews I’ve read, they also seem to do a poor job. Just look somewhere else, not recommended at all.

I called to make an appointment for the next day at 8pm, Whatsapped and they didn't reply. I made another appointment with another company. They told me to cancel with the other company as they were 'on the way'. I did and incurred service charges as it was an app and then this clown of a company told me they COULDN'T MAKE IT

I had an amazing experience with this AC service company. The technician was on time, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. They fixed it within an hour, and now it’s running better than ever! Highly recommend them for everyone.

I just had a new AC system installed, and I’m beyond impressed with the service I received. The team was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and made sure the installation was done correctly. My home is now perfectly cool, and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

My husband got this company based on the 4.7 review on google. They came and said they fixed the issue and requested for 350dhs as payment. Next day we found out the problem was not fixed and asked them to come and check. They agreed to come the same night and didnt show up then the next morning and also didnt show up. When we requested for a refund, they said they will provide only 200dhs because the rest was inspection fee which we accepted, however, we had to call them every single day for 2 weeks to provide the refund and everytime they say they will send and dont send!! And when they transferred the money eventually they put the bank charges on us!! HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!

Edit: everything you mentioned is absolutely incorrect not to mention the fact that you called my husband after my review to tell him you are not okay with it. You were the 2nd company we got and as you are mentioning you have pictures, we have proof as well of the actual situation.

If you check my 70 reviews, you will see that some are positive and others are negative based on experience. If you solved the problem and we were happy with your service, we would actually write a good review. We would happily pay 350 dhs if the problem was solved but you did not fix the issue, took money, did not come back to check the issue after scheduling twice and stayed 2 weeks until you returned 196 dhs after daily follow ups.

Anyhow I am writing this review so that no one gets tricked by the 4.7 rating you have because it is absolutely misleading and the actual professional service we got from you is worth 1/5.

For your reference, we got other companies after you to inspect and they mentioned that the actuator valves are actually working while you mentioned that they are broken and need to be fixed for 4k total (2k each)

One of the most unprofessional company I had come across, When they finish the work I had told him we had bad experience once we pay no one turn back. I was assured pls check the AC for 6 hrs and if its not colling call us will come back. After 14 hrs we found no colling and since its been 2 days consistent we been calling them but just they got money no one comes back and given 20 false commitment. Everytime they pretend that they don't know the matter.

If they will not come I will surely make complaint in Dubai rights.
