It’s incredibly terrible the wait here for car wash. They charge so much money and yet they have only one staff who washes the cars, you should have more staff considering your high charges, I wash my car elsewhere with half the price they charge here and it’s very efficient. Improve this now. I don’t recommend coming here for a car wash
It’s really disturbing how the staff in the car wash keeps begging for money. And even if you give them a tip, it's apparently never enough. Very rude and quality doesn't match the price.
The worst customer service, I went there to refill the fuel and asked the guy (his name is Dipendra) to make a full tank. Before he started, he offered me some liquid for a tank which, as he told me, cleans the tank and etc. I asked him “is it some offer and is it free, man” he told me “yes,yes”. I told him ok put it. After he refilled the fuel, he charged me for 222aed instead of 132aed(which is for fuel) I asked what is that 90aed for? He told me “for this liquid”. So this guy just foist off some liquid for 90aed, HE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME ITS 90aed GUYS!! I told them I need my money back, u didnt tell me the price, you told me its free. They just rejected.How??? I just cannot accept this situation, HOW you can even sell something without telling the price before u sell it to someone??? Tomorrow I just need to find some time to come again and talk to supervisor, because these guys on the station didn’t solve this problem, they didn’t even try to solve. Just AVOID this gas station, they clearly can’t speak a proper english and will just say “ yes, yes” to everything you ask them.
Very slow carwash service, I had to wait 1.5 hours for two cars in queue. Only one guy is washing,no card machine in the place
When I went to refuel my car on a quiet afternoon with not many cars around, the staff came late, so I made a complaint. Among them, a Filipino staff member, despite just arriving, got annoyed and asked what the issue was. If I’m going to have such experiences, it might be better to replace them with robots!!!
