I bought a car and I urgently needed to change the tires. The masters stayed for half an hour and did everything at the highest level, thank you for your work. I recommend this service, I'm driving for a month and there are no problems
I came in for a service, turns out I had lots of repairs to be done, the guys were very professional and they showed me all the broken parts that needs replacement, and they were extremely fast in repairing the car, the results were spectacular. Special thanks to the wonderful team including Abdul, Jyothi, and Sachin.
I stopped by the shop today to replace the washer tank of my car. Surprisingly and despite that the shop had no clients/cars, I was informed that they cannot do the job because they don't have parts..When I told the crew that I have the required parts: Original & genuine MB parts, he said "not possible"...system will not allow it....Guys are you serious!! Your shop was empty and your crew standby doing absolutely nothing....and you still refuse to do a job because you need to supply parts....very disappointed.
I used to change my car tires and oil in a garage in al Quoz, but since I discovered this place I won’t go anywhere else, the prices are more competitive and the service is excellent! Also they have a wide variety of Tires to suit every need. Ask for Sarang and Mithesh the tire and mechanics guru and Abdul Rehman was so professional and helpful! Mr. Sachin, the service advisor, was unprofessional and inattentive. Despite arriving before another customer, I was made to wait while he prioritized the other individual, who happened to be British. This experience felt biased, possibly due to me being an Indian.
Since my day 1 of the visit to your shop, each staff has been doing a great job. I would like to mention that the admin manager, Abdul & Sarang has been a great asset to your shop. They have always been doing their best to take care of my car, guide me and suggest me with every issues and repair. Great Job Guys! You guys have gained my trust, keep up the good work.

But now …?!?!?!?
Software updates for car wheel alignment has not been updated for two years now. They do not have the updates software to do proper wheel alignment.
New guys there do not seem to understand English.
Ask one guy be careful removing the car tyre from the boot, politely & nicely… only for him to scratch the tire over the paintwork - right in front of me…!!!
Then wants to argue he didn’t do that - ridiculous…

This time the person seemed like he was not interested in doing the work properly. He was a new staff I believe. It’s time to change the service Centre for us.
We’ve always had good experience at this branch and the staff have been good, suggesting any changes that are required.
Didn’t have the same experience this time.
