Worst experience with an AC company. Not a professional company. Can't explain why this company has 5-star ratings. They canceled the first appointment and arrived 1 hour late for the second appointment. They overcharge for components/gas, marking up prices 10 times more than the market rate. In my case, they suggested refilling the gas and changing the capacitor, but after these changes, my AC is still performing the same as before with no improvement. For the extra charge, they quoted me 780 for a gas refill and capacitor change. The gas they refilled was less than 1 kg, and if you check online, a 12 kg tank of that gas costs 390 dhs. The capacitor typically costs around 25 dhs. Additionally, they appear online as AC Repair Sprigs, but the invoice they send is under a different company name. Please do your research before contacting or confirming the price this supplier.
