Disappointing Experience
In last October I took my Mini Cooper Roadster to this garage for an engine issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them for major repairs, as I found the service to be overpriced and the repairs inadequate.
For minor services like oil changes and brake work, they might be acceptable, but for anything more complex, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was initially quoted AED 7,000 for a range of repairs that seemed unnecessarily high. The list of parts included things like air and AC filters, which I had replaced only a week prior. When I brought my own parts, I was told that the garage couldn’t guarantee the repairs, which I later found out was a tactic to push their overpriced parts.
The repair process was delayed beyond what I was told. I was informed the repair would take two days, but I ended up waiting more than 5 days. Upon receiving my car, the dashboard had multiple warning lights on, which the staff dismissed. I was told not to worry about it, but after driving the car, I noticed major issues, including a malfunctioning ABS system and an always-on radiator fan, which caused the car to overheat. These were not issues when I initially brought the car in.
I contacted the garage but the response was not helpful, seems they the advisor did not care about my situation, I then took the car to another garage, where the issues were fixed properly for AED 1,000 o only, including repairs to the ABS system and radiator fan. It was clear to me that the original garage caused these problems during their repair process.
I would advise caution when considering this garage for anything beyond basic services, as my experience suggests that they may not be reliable for more complex repairs.
I was charged with 2800 aed, and given the car in critical situation, without care of follow up from the garage.
On the top of that I was given the car in very dirty situation from inside, they put something very hot on the leader seat which made the leader melt. And it caused me a lot of issue.
I did not noticed until my wife sat on it with her Abaya, and result the Abay is completely useless.
Hence I did not only end up with 2800 bill, for labor only, knowing that I spent around 3k on parts. But also my wife lost her Abaya worth of +500, and had to make car deep cleaning.
Hence.I do not recommend this garage.
The video is send by the advisor after reperation, claiming and explained to me that the xar strated and its working despite the Error messages.
imagine I paid 2800 labour, and provided all parts, to get the car back in Such situation.

Overpriced and wrong diagnostic.
After spending AED 13000/- on the car and repairing it over 1 month and 4 recovery service during this period on my 2013 mini cooper still giving problems.
Every time they release the car to me .. next few days the car in trouble and more parts get replaced on each visit.
Don't get tricked by the reviews because all they car is about their good review and not on how to get the car fixed.
They are now not willing to accept my car for repair because of this post.

Over priced, and over quoting for repairs. I don't trust them, your car might be in a worse state after they work on it for few days and they would just say it is a coincidence that all these other issues occurred. Also don't trust their inspection they put everything they see to the quote that are perfectly fine. Not professional.
Please don’t trust blindly. If they recommend replacing any specific part, ask for an online inspection report. Once the part is replaced, request the old part back and verify that the new part has actually been installed—check the part number, packaging, etc. Make sure they haven’t just cleaned the old part and put it back. Their priority might be to sell you a service contract, but insist they fix the main issue first. You can decide on the contract later.
Very bad specially in DIP I almost believed them and took a package.
They give quotations for parts and all double price from what I have bought outside and that too original
Double charge for fixing and on top fixing was bad as there were hanging pipes without screw.
They missed my engine cover and when asked they say it was not there when I have full prof that it was there when asked they never cared and lied.
360 degree check up is there best scam after changing parts they that need to change engine .
Original parts that was given was not there after fixing when ask again they lied.
They just cleaned the old one and fix back.
Have full proof of getting original parts.

Service from Wassem very bad after taking the package they never respond

I will let everyone who own a car know never to go to this garage and will make it my mission so that nobody get scammed again.
Very poor service, their fixed battery still under warranty and not replacing it. To fix new battery they came in one hour and to replace it’s been 3 days they are playing around.
