Excellent Service from Zafar – Highly Recommended! I had an issue with my car battery last night in Abu Dhabi — the old battery had completely died, and my car was stuck. I contacted Zafar from Car Batteries Shop, and he was incredibly prompt and professional. He came quickly, replaced the battery efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciate his help and I’m 100% satisfied with his work. Got excited due to the positive reviews and approached these guys to replace my car battery that was in critical state.

Unfortunately I missed to check the price of the battery Varta Blue Dynamic E11 74Ah on the internet before I agreed the price with these guys. I was charged AED 130 more than the average on the internet. Being a neighborhood shop I expected the price to be lesser than Central Motors or Al Masoud but got duped with the price.

But not just this.

I was also told that my alternator was weak may be they wanted to get that also changed with them. I had done a full service with the dealership recently and they found no issues. Also the car was starting without any issue using another car's battery. These guys were still pushing to change the alternator.

Check the price elsewhere before you buy from these guys and don't fall for their talks about other defects.

Battery was replaced without an issue.

If I had an option to give zero stars, I would’ve given this here. My starter was faulty and they charged me 2500 Dirhams (due to my lack of knowledge in these repairs) for a job that would only cost 1500 anywhere else, including genuine parts and labor. I have been charged 1000 Dirhams more than the market rate and hence I will never do business with them ever again. Please don’t be fooled by so many good ratings here. Please be aware.

They are liars, i paid a battery before 11 months then it doesn’t work. So i called them to change it because the battery still in warranty. They asked me to pay 100 if you will change during warranty.
He’s the only shop asking for money to change your battery during warranty

Thy re fraudsters nd these ratings r fake,owner passed biased comments frequently if u go to claim or replace any thing during warranty. Not only this since two days left in warranty to be expired,the owner arguing with me that company will not accept, unless it's 15 to 20 days prior to expiry which was very lame.
Don't take super dry batteries, worst brand they re dealing with. Don't get any stuff from this shop 24 hours batteries
