No professionalism and no technical support team. Once they get the payment they are not going to look back to you. You cannot contact a technical support person in this company. There is only a single point of contact, if this person is sick or leave, there is no other option to contact to fix an issue. AMC is just in name. A lot of issues are with this company.
They were doing good service in the first year. However, after the AMC renewal, they became irresponsible. I expect a professional approach from their side, but they are not. We have been chasing them to fix some issues since the start of November but not yet been fixed. If we get a reply, the reply will be they will come on this "date", but they don't come and do not reply after that. Very hard to get a response from them. Unable to get a technical person to speak with. The salesperson and technical head person not answer or reply to the email. Seems like this company is going to close its operation in UAE without any client notification.
We believe Zapio always providing reasonable timeline and estimates. They have a deep understanding of encompassing their domain or what they present to us. The designs are supporting scale and reliability, with future states in mind. Overall, they do brilliant work where they exist and helping our business.
We use their Visitor Management iOS app. The app stopped working after the iOS 17 update. They haven't fixed the issue yet. It's been around three months we have been waiting.
