100% pre-payment and 0% service — the promised Google Maps link of the fitting centre location was not sent and the WhatsApps to follow-up that critical piece of information get opened but not answered. This seems to be either a scam company or a totally dysfunctional one. Well, at least I received a receipt on email :)
Beware of their warranty scheme. It's useless.
I'm waiting for a tyre for about 2 months just because the initial one was cracked and under warranty. They'll not replace it right away but asked me to remove the tyre and give it for inspection the to manufacturer. Once the tyre is inspected they'll decide whether to give warranty or not. This could take weeks. Until then I cannot drive the car.
Second option is to pay for a new tyre and send the old tyre for inspection. Now I'm waiting for 2 months for this new tyre. After a point you'll get tired and worried about your safety so that you'll just buy a new tyre from somewhere and close the case.
I would rather choose a proper shop than these guys. Shop would immediately give a new tyre. When I said this to their manager, he said their business model is different! And compared this with Samsung phones!
Update: they just drag it till the warranty expires. Brilliant business model

Horrible experience- Unprofessional and poor communication. I bought 4 tires for Honda CRV on line and it was very quick, However-
** The location for the fitting centre I was given was wrong and ended up driving 60km where as the actual fitting centre was just near by. At the end when I reached to the designated centre ( Yas Island) the shop representative was not having any clue of my purchase. I had to wait long time and after calling again and again to the different person finally got the tires fixed.
** I was informed that I will be receiving the invoice the following day in mail which I never received. Called/contacted everyday and someone always answered "you will receive today" and finally I got invoice after 9 days in whats App.
** Yesterday (March 7th) I contacted to book for tire rotation and I was advised to go the same fitting centre. I requested the agent to inform the fitting centre earlier to avoid misunderstanding based on my previous experience but as usual when I reached the station they were fully unaware. The fitting centre staff asked me to pay for rotation and let me felt as a victim for purchasing tires online. It was long time again calling several times and finally it was done.
This experience is not expected at all for a simple tire purchasing!!
I researched nearly all online tire shops in Dubai and found that Dubai Tyre Shop offers the best prices on the market. The representative I spoke with online was very attentive and efficiently arranged the tire installation. I am highly satisfied with their pricing and service. Thank you.
Not recommended at all so unprofessional. the worst experience I ever had! extremely rude people, have no idea what customer service is! they didn't come on time, they came on a different date different time from scheduled! talk in the worst way possible and have a horrible attitude!
I paid extra for additional services to be done in my location other than changing the tyres, when they came eventually after 100 calls they wanted me to go to their shop to do the other service because they didn't get the required equipment to do it!!

This is a SCAM! I advise everyone not to deal with this scam. No commitment on timings, extremely bad and poor customer service. No commitment to what they sell you. A scam by all means
By you replying to my review, it does not change facts. I can attach screenshots from the whatsapp conversations that show the poor customer service you have but not to check the legality of that
To start with
- you have communicated that tyres will be fit on the next day. Then you delayed that for one additional day and you did not inform me. I had to call you and text you all day long to know that they are not coming next day. Then I had no choice but to accept the fact that they are coming the day after
- I have clearly told you before that I will be available at 06:30 pm. No confirmations or anything from your side, and again everytime you or one of your staff tell me we will get back to you and no body gets back. I had to call several times multiple people and eventually the service came at 08:00 pm (90 mins late) at a wrong location!
- Since the first day I have asked the staff to talk to the manager, and they have informed me he will call you back and of course no one calls back. Ultimate unprofessionalism
Very friendly, professional staff. I ordered set of tires from Egypt online. Had issues with my credit card. I was offered a stripe payment and a bank transfer option. My tires were delivered this morning to the shipping company and a photo sent to me. Highly recommended
