Booked their services to replace my MacBook screen at my house. Same day services was given. There was just a delay of 45mins reaching to my place. Apart from that all good. Will recommend & take their services in future

Brought in my MacBook Pro for repairs, had battery issues and it’s been a headache. They fixed it under 2 hrs also fixed my fan as a completely service and delivered for free as well. I’m super happy, my laptop is back to perfect condition.

Fraud company they change parts and damage more if you said you are not interested to repair
Check with your technician imran he did this he called to city flash shop in Bur Dubai where you send mobile for repairing and made my phone dead .

I found the people dealing with me to be friendly, helpful, efficient and, of course, knowledgeable, yet able to clarify everything so that I felt comfortable that I was with the right people. Rather than Quickfix, they should call the business TemporaryFix. It is convenient because they come home but the quality of the products they put in your devices is very low quality.

My phone battery was swollen and not charging well, they came to replace it and I claimed for a replacement within a month because the battery wasn't lasting long. The second battery they installed became swollen after 6 months knowing that in the meantime I was transitioning to a new phone and no longer charging it very often. The phone is now completely off. My initial issue less than a year ago was a swollen battery but functional phone, and I am now left with a dead phone.

Again, for a temporary fix like turning on a phone to transfer data, why not, they get things done. But I won't call them back to fix any device I use regularly.

They were very quick and efficient! They even replied during the night. I had my screen replaced in 3 hours. Same day delivery is great! The computer was packaged which was very nice. I would definitely recommend getting your device fixed with them!

Very slow at their work. Kept my MacBook for a week without updating me about it until I followed up again and again and then no work was done. They then told me they cannot recover my data, I said that’s fine. I don’t need the data, it’s backed in the cloud, I just need my laptop back asap since I’ve not been able to work a week. They still couldn’t fix it and ended keeping my laptop for another number of days. Finally I took my laptop back from them and took it somewhere else and they fixed it in 3 days and gave it back to me good as new.

Also they sold me a MacBook charger for 250 dhs which turned out to be not original. They provide warranty but then they do not want to fulfill on the warranty. They only work when they will get paid but they don’t work when the issue comes back within the warranty period. I would not use them again.
