Got my Gaming rig from this shop... had problem with my ssd but they managed to change it with a new one quickly... I think this shop has the best price for computer parts... and almost complete... Highly Recommended for gamers like me...
Honestly, very bad experience with them... they don't write prices on their reciepts which I almost 30 dirhams for nothing if I didn't specifically told them to do it. In addition, if you negotiate the price one of the staff members got angry and raised his voice which was unprofessional and left a bad taste when buying my PC. I wanted an overall discount on my PC to encourage me to buy... they offered to give me a mouse pad for free and a head set for 30 dirhams, which I found out it was the original price and the mouse pad till this does not spread fully on my table which really bothers me even after I took the liberty to ironing it. Also, when I understood that my motherboard had to be changed to one that accomadates wifi, they did not register my windows activation code into the new motherboard which forced me to drive again to their show to pick up the sticker... So far my PC freezes in some area's like opening a zoom link which should not happen as my PC specs are good enough to deal with it normally (It could be some setting issue on my end) but I don't think so.
*Moral of the story*: I would'nt recommend buying from them as a biggener like me... and if you choose to buy from them as for every bit of detail and if they offer you items as compensation for a discount.. just refuse it and demand a better price cause they gave me things that were dissatisfying.
I highly recommend this place for all people who want to format their PC or laptops or change processor or motherboard or buy gaming accessories or PC. Zafar computer has it all, they are the best to fix or sell original peices.. I always go there for all my laptop problems, they also can get you any laptop with less price than the market.. if u want also ccvt, or home network they do all these services with much better prices than other shops. I suggest that you call before going as they close at noon time for lunch break

Unfortunately I dealt with them because of an issue in my power supply, they were unprofessional which lead their manger to get in to solve the issue which his staff carelessly bothered to find out, their staff dosent have the knowledge nor the behavior for a good customer service, when they put my desktop in my car their was a leg missing when i asked they respond to me i dont know 🤕.

Re: Thanks for your response on the post above. However, I came back carrying my PC computer multiple times to your shop and my issue still remains unresolved. The technicians in the shop kept on saying that there is no problem in the computer, which is not true.
