From my bad experience.. Before paying the amount you assure it the promised items are collected.. Because ones you pay the money they will forget about what they promised... I also faced the same thing.... Also bad attitude (after they get money).🙏🏻

One bad staff ruined my trust – not coming back. I’ve been a loyal customer of Xpro Ajman Jurf, having bought 3 phones from here in the past. Recently, I bought a used iPhone 14 Pro with a 1-month checking warranty. The very next morning, I came back to return it and upgrade to a new one. Unfortunately, the staff at the counter, Faisal, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said I couldn’t return the phone until another staff member arrived – despite the fact that the warranty is given by the shop, not by an individual. When I told him this wasn’t fair, he arrogantly replied, “Did you come to teach justice of replacement?” That alone was enough to show how little he respects customers. I told him I came from far, and he casually dismissed that too. On top of that, he was more focused on something else when I entered – no proper response, just a very careless attitude. The shop overall may be good, but this kind of treatment from staff is unacceptable. After this experience, I will not be returning. A single rude staff member can ruin a business – hope the management takes this seriously.
XPRO outlet is located very close to Lucky center. A place where you can buy mobile phones, mobile phone accessories, computer parts, computer accessories, internet and networking devices, wrist watches, and security cameras. They also do computer services and mobile phone services. I requested a computer service, I will say they are customer friendly.
