'several marks on Tint film sheet', 'so many spots on film', even there staff is not coperative to replace the film or return amount.
Waste of amount & poor customer service. Half day waited at there Ajman office to get a response, no response by saying No staff, Spots on film is water, etc....
Even we are corporate German customer from DAFZA, Dubai, they dont care our concerns. Even rude to person who went to there office (as he was fasting during Ramadan).
We missed Mr. Shabeer presence in there office, so other staff they dont care customers.
Please do Seat Works & Floor Works only at Wellfit, Tinting works is waste of money.
I had a brand new Honda City car for doing the seat covers. I congratulate Wellfit Ajman as their team did a good job in placing the right seat covers for my car. The selection and design was awesome. Their professional approach to the work is outstanding and perfect. The quality in the material, layout and stitching is just amazing. All thanks to Mr. Shabeer, he was very keen to guide me with the seat material selection and gave his expert advice to execute the work in a systematic manner.
I had Wellfit seat covers for my Ford Explorer but were removed in order to clean the seats under. I went to the Ajman outlet to ask a reinstall but was being charged 250AED and was being pushed to purchase new covers. I was expecting that they would support their own product and be charged reasonably but it just felt like they wanted to push a sale to me. Disappointed.
I recently had my seat cover done at WELLFIT , and I’m extremely happy with the results. The quality of their work is excellent, and highly recommended Wellfit to my friends for their attention to detail and craftsmanship. I was looking for a good cover seat for my car and I got recommendation from google for wellfit and also I had a friend who fixed Leather covers for his Nissan rogue it is really amazing. First of all they are perfect in the lead time, second thing they promised car will be cover seats ,mats , steering wheel and dashboard in three hours it has finished in 2 hrs 45 minutes. The place is perfect but if they provide tea and coffee and some snacks for the guests it will be amazing especially they have a comfy waiting area
I’m having difficulty getting a response regarding my vehicle details and pricing. It’s quite frustrating when communication is lacking. No one pick my calls and no reply thru my WhatsApp.
My friend got her car seat cover done at Wellfit last year and highly recommended them to me. I finally had mine done today, and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the results! Unfortunately the approach of Wellfit with regards to my upholstery was very much unlike their reputation.
Despite calling them in Ramadan telling them the car models for which I need upholstery they kept postponing the work on my geely cool ray being a new model that they never worked on.
Even after chasing, no response has been received till now and my request was just ignored and time unfortunately wasted.
Very good experience. The quality of the fabric is perfect for summer season and comfortable seating. The color combination with the interior really matches well and also you can get it customized as per your needs and color choices. I would recommend to go to this place for car accessories that you need to enhance your interior quality to luxury. Thank you so much to them to making my car feel more alive and feeling satisfied.
Very poor fitting ...the guy who was fixing was very tired and irritated and they started blaming the car seats and original covers for the fitting.it is obvious that you have fix the covers on original seat.We saw reviews and went all the way from Dubai to Ajman. May be the reviews are from close friends or fake.
