I was looking to purchase an Asrock X870E motherboard to pair with a Ryzen 9800X3D CPU and I found out from Asrock's website that Vektra is an official Asrock dealer int he UAE. None of my usual favourite stores were stocking Asrock boards. Vektra had listed two of the popular Asrock models up for pre-order at fair prices. I called the store and spoke with an attendant who was super helpful and informed me about the pre-order and that stock was expected to arrive by the second week of Feb. I decided to make a payment for a X870E Nova Wifi in the last week of Jan. At the start of the second week of Feb (2 days ago), I promptly get a message from Vektra first thing in the morning that my board was ready and whether I would like it delivered or prefer to pick it up. I requested delivery and the attendant arranged for that on Monday itself with the delivery scheduled for Tuesday. I received the board yesterday, perfectly packed with no damage. The process of populating 4 of the five available M.2 NVME slots was easy and satisfying and the board fired up on the first try with the CPU, RAM and storage devices all detected at first boot. The BIOS is super easy to read and understand and selecting EXPO and applying it was easy. The RAM sticks ran at the EXPO on reboot and PBO was activated and functioning with little effort. What's nice with the Asrock BIOS is that, it has preconfigured options for PBO + CO levels (-10, -20, -30), so you don't have to manually set the Curve Optimizer levels. All-in-all, very pleasant first time experience with an Asrock motherboard and with Vektra Computers. I will definitely check in with them for future purchases.

If you are looking for both value and great customer service, then I have to say Vektra really nailed it on both ends. This was my first time making a purchase through them, and when my system had a small hiccup (it was an issue on my end as I was using a relatively old power supply unit). Danny came to the rescue by diagnosing the issue and immediately resolved it. His expertise was on full display! I'm beyond pleased with my experience and wholeheartedly recommend them.
